WRITERS IN TRAINING

Writers in TRAINing is back by popular demand! Two innovative writers, 35 young people and a train makes for some very creative writing. Tickets include, the return train ticket, workshops on the train, a chosen workshop at the festival and your lunch - and maybe a few surprises on the way.
Darren Donohue (Playwright) and Karl Parkinson (Poet) will work with the group travelling to Waterford to help you create a new piece of writing as you hurtle southwards on the train. So expect fun, madness and a constantly changing environment as you pass through the countryside, small towns, by rivers and strange announcements over the PA system all part of the journey to The Lit festival.
Leaving Heuston Station at 10.15am, Arriving Waterford 12.18pm
Leaving Waterford at 18.25pm, Arriving Dublin 20.38pm
